Our Mission

Lincs Natural Fertility Clinic was established by acupuncturist Sharon Wallace-Shanks and clinical homeopath Isabel Groves.

The mission of LNFC is to provide high quality Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy and other modern tried and tested complementary therapies to a large geographical area.

LNFC specialises in infertility, IVF support, gynaecological disorders, post natal depression, habitual miscarriage, pregnancy care and nutritional and lifestyle advice. We also offer specialised pre-natal and post-natal care for both mother and baby.

You may be just starting your journey towards pregnancy, or have already begun planning your pregnancy; either way a visit to our clinic (located at Boston Chiropractic Clinic) will offer you support and advice on your current situation, wherever you are on your journey.

Balance

To achieve the most positive outcome the body must be physically, mentally, emotionally and nutritionally balanced. Therefore consideration cannot be given to the mechanics of reproduction alone. When considering pregnancy, preparation is everything. As the saying goes, "failing to plan is planning to fail".

IVF Treatment

Even if you are already undergoing IVF treatment, a visit to our clinic will help you to understand how complementary therapies can increase the success rates of IVF treatment by up to 65%*.

Our Questionnaire

Based on your answers to our comprehensive questionnaire we will review the information on an individual basis to identify areas where changes may need to be actioned. Samples of your hair will be analysed to check for emotional and physiological stress levels as well as dietary deficiencies and food intolerances. We will provide you with an individual, personalised action plan outlining treatment protocols, dietary and lifestyle advice.

By gaining a deeper understanding of your health and lifestyle we are able to improve your fertility and help you move towards a more positive outcome.

Our Team

Sharon Wallace-Shanks and Isabel Groves have over 35 years' experience between them as health care professionals.

Isabel has a Masters Degree in Homoeopathy, with 11 years' experience in clinical private practice. After an intensive 7-year full time study at the University of Johannesburg, she enjoyed a thriving private practice as a Clinical Homoeopath in South Africa. Isabel emigrated to the U.K. in 2001 and continued her education in other Natural Therapies.
She continues to practise in the U.K. She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher.

Sharon trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. She began her career path as a nurse.
As the photo gallery shows, acupuncture is stress-free for baby and adult alike.

The clinic can also offer other complementary therapies where appropriate.
